College Interview Questions

It is college audition season.  For many seniors of both high school and college, this is an exciting and somewhat nervous time.  For high schoolers, we are looking at our colligiate future.  For college students, we are likely looking at the next step of grad school.  Many schools have an interview process now on top of the audition.  Just as we practice our audition music, it can be very beneficial to practice our interview.  Below is a list of potential questions.  If you have an audition coming up, I would recomend taking the time to practice answering these questions and/or create similar questions.  This can help ease your audition stress.

  • Why are you interested in this college?

  • Why do you want to major in music?

  • What are your strengths?
